Our professional dog walking services are tailored to ensure your furry friend gets the exercise, care, and attention they need to stay happy and healthy.
Whether you’re balancing work, family, or other commitments, you can trust us to provide the support your pet deserves.
*All providers are First Aid, Pet CPR and Emergency Certified.
They are not Independent Contractors, but employees who must follow the policies of the business.
In-Home
Our In Home Care service provides specialized attention for all pets, including dogs, cats, birds, horses, caged and reptiles. Clients Primary Choice is 30-minute and 45-minute visits, but offer more- multiple days a week or just once a day.

This service not only enhances the security of your home as a crime deterrent, but also ensures your pets receive exceptional care from our certified sit, trained in Pet CPR and First Aid.

Pet Care
At the caregiver's home, we specialize in providing exceptional care for pets that need extra attention during their stay. Each pet will enjoy their own comfortable room equipped with an Adaptil plug-in to create a calming environment, along with access to DogTV for engaging entertainment around the clock. Our experienced team is well-equipped to handle medication, wound care, and bladder expression, ensuring your furry friend receives the support they deserve. We collaborate closely with your veterinary team to implement a personalized care plan tailored to your pet's specific needs, giving you peace of mind while you’re away.

the Discovery Visit
Discovery Visit is required prior to beginning services with us. They are a great opportunity for us to meet you, get to know your pets, learn their routine and space, and of course, answer any questions you may have before your reservation.
The Discovery Visit is done at the
location of service, Charan will evaluate the behavior.
Depending on how your pet reacts to the environment,
some suggestions may be recommended before service date.
How on-boarding works:
We'll come to your home or at pet care provider home at your scheduled on-boarding time
First things first, we'll spend some time getting to know your pets to make sure they become familiar with us and we're able to connect with them
Then, we'll go through your paperwork so we can ask any clarifying questions. Once that's done, you'll have the opportunity to ask us any questions, too!
If both parties decide to move forward, we'll send you a Welcome email to the portal!
Once the portal has been approved and documents signed, you will be able to request and/or finalize the reservation.

Staff Compensation: By law, we are required to pay our staff for their time, even during on-boarding. Charging a small fee ensures our team is fairly compensated for their work.

Commitment: Charging a fee also ensures that clients who book are serious about moving forward. This helps us avoid last-minute cancellations and focus on providing the best service to dedicated pet owners.

Cost Recovery: There are costs associated with traveling or preparing for on-boarding, and a fee helps cover those expenses.
