What are your rates for Pet Care Services?
Rates can vary based on the type of service, the number of pets, duration of care, and location.
We offer a la carte, monthly packages, and memberships.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking anytime, but please note that 40% of the invoice will be charged as this spot has been reserved exclusively for your pet.
What are the vaccination requirements for pets?
To ensure the safety of all pets, dogs staying at our location must be up-to-date on Rabies, DA2PP, and Bordetella vaccinations. All pets require an annual exam and Rabies vaccine. We also accept doctor notes for pets with health concerns and Titer testing results.
What types of pet sitting and boarding services do you offer?
We provide two options for pet care: in-home sitting, where your pet stays in their familiar environment, and home boarding, where your pet stays at our caregiver's home for personalized attention.
What items should I bring for my pet's stay?
Please bring your pet's food, favorite bedding, and any medications they need during their stay. These items help us ensure your pet feels comfortable and cared for.
