You can cancel anytime through your owner portal. Because we reserve that time just for your pet, a 40% cancellation fee applies.

For in-home care, dogs should be current on Rabies, 4-1 Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. They should also have fecal tests and monthly preventatives. We require an annual exam and core vaccines for all pets. We also recommend the leptospirosis vaccine. If you have health concerns, we can accept veterinary notes or titer test results.
